Event research
Hurdles is a sport that includes running and jumping over obstacles at speed. In sport of athletics forms of basis of a number track and field events which are highly specialized of obstacle racing in these events, a series of barriers known as hurdles are set at precisely measured heights and distances which each athlete must pass by running over.
Failure to pass over, by passing under, or intentionally knocking over hurdles will result in disqualification. Accidental knocking over of hurdles is not cause for disqualification, but the hurdles are weighted to make doing so disadvantageous.

Commonwealth game event
High Jump is a Olympic sport & commonwealth game sport high jump can be on a field or a track. The rules for high jump is that the competitors have to jump one foot over a bar or a pole and land on the mat but sometime people fail because it is a really hard sport.
High Jump took place in Scotland in the 19 century in ancient greek time it was a really easy rule whoever jumps the highest wins but the technique that everyone used was the scissor technique it was a really easy technique over the that century.
The competitors have to jump measured heights as the high jump pole it is really hard when the pole get higher because you might not make it or you will knock down the pole or you will be disqualified.
